Well our big event of the week was Easter. On Easter Sunday we hunted and hunted and hunted Easter eggs. The kids ages ranged from 1year to 12 years old. The Easter Bunny left hundreds of Eggs. HUNDREDS. Grandma took pictures with everyone she could. She was quite the celebrity. You will notice in the pictures her hair has a soft hot roller look. VERY NICE. Although Michele played favorites and only took pictures of "certain" children. You may not notice but...we had over 60 people here for Easter. And we still had food left over. Grandma was very tired, and then refused to get out of bed for three whole days. She is not the partier she used to be. Grandma hopes you had a nice Easter, and she misses everyone that she didn't see. Today is Friday and she is doing really well. She has been out of bed for two days and looks pretty good. Today the physical therapist came and she really enjoyed her time with "Richard". The PT guy. Well we will update as much as we can and will log in every night so that grandma can see all the postings and pictures that you send. Love to all, Grandma Rosie

Well. This weekend was not so good for Grandma. Her Ammonia level was really high so she was a little out of it for most of the weekend. When her labs are a little off she tends to sleep more and when she is awake she doesn't make a whole lot of sense. She seemed to be doing better on Sunday evening. Michele stayed Friday and Saturday and left Sunday evening, Maria "Lena" came by on Friday and Sunday to visit, and Gilberts family was by on Saturday to see her. She really enjoys the visits. She asked me this morning about the "rosiepage". I let her know we would read it this evening and look at the pictures we added. It makes me glad that she has a good memory, and when she is with it and having a good day she remembers everything. She does want everyone to know how much she loves them and that she appreciates the phone calls and the visits.

I'm glad to see that everyone had a good Easter. For Easter, my boyfriend Jonathan and I spent a quiet weekend at home. Jonathan's mom cooked a ham and his step-dad's granddaughter came to visit.

And yes, Grandma Rosie, you have a very big family that loves you very much. Even those of us who have made our homes far away, and have stayed away too long.

I love you Granny! I am counting down the days until my vist, 16 days. Alicia Dolores

Hey Rosie, just so you and everyone out there reading this knows, even though it says "Maria said". This particular "Maria" is Susie one of the "Texas people". I say "Texas people" because my favorite sister-in-law (hope no one gets offended) called us "Texas people". I am not offended; I love it. So, love from Susie and the rest of the "Texas people".
And, Hi to each and every other family member who reads this. Love you all.

Good Morning Tia Rosie. How are you feeling this morning? I hope it's a good day. Sorry I didn't get to visit with you this past weekend, I'm sooo bad....I went to Eagle Mountain. Jaclyn asked me to go with them (her, Jesus and his mom), so of course I jumped at that! Didn't come home with tons of money but I didn't lose everything! When we first got there I sat at the first machine and won $78.00, second machine I won $20.50. You guess right.....I lost it. Couldn't help myself, I was addicted!!! And you know I'm not a gambler. Now I want to go the Table Mountain, Chachansey (don't know the correct spelling), and of course my mom's favorite place The Palace! I told Jaclyn I'm gonna start saving our bottles and cans and that will be my gambling money. Oh Tia Rosie I'll be leaving for Coachella on May 7th. I'm sooo glad Renee thought of this website, now we can keep in touch all the time! Jeanne asked how you are doing (I talked to her yesterday) and Joey asks about you too. I sure miss you Tia Rosie and of course you know how much I love you. Keep your chin up and fight, fight, fight!!!! I'm not giving up on you, remember that. I'm at work right now (you know me doing everything else BUT work)and I just finished talking to Jaclyn on the phone but it's break time (lol) so I'm going outside for a bit. I'll write again later.

Love ya lots!!
Your niece Diana

Hi Tia! Glad to hear that your Easter was good. It was good for us too, Gianna's first egg hunt that she understood (at my in-laws). She was sooo excited and was a little disappointed when it was over so we had to rehide some eggs for her to hunt (she's 2 yrs.) I think she had the most eggs of the bunch. After we got into town I tood some flowers to the cemetary for Anthony and then went over to Diana's and we played a game that Vicky had (it was fun!!!). Robert is doing good and he went back to work yesterday.

Renee, thank you so much for putting this together--GREAT IDEA!! OK Tia, I will chat with you later and will be over to see you soon.

We love you, miss you and are praying for you.
